Our studio-flat (23sqm2) sleeps 2, has a separate bathroom area with WC, shower,  hairdryer, a kitchenette equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker, coffee machine, toaster, a living/sleeping area with television and comfortable double sofa-bed, all in a cosy and light atmosphere.

The "piece de resistance" is our magnificent roof terrace (30sqm2), which boasts beautiful mountain and sea views of the Kastela Bay, the island of Ciovo, and of the city of Split in the distance. The terrace gets sun exposition from morning till evening and is furnished with a table, 4 chairs and a parasol.

The flat is on the top floor of an old renovated stone-house, in the heart of the old village, a stone-throw away from the town square and market place.

All amenities and public transports are within walking distance, and the nearest beach is only 3 minutes away!

May, June, September, October 2006........................... 190 € / week

(High-season) July and August 2006.............................. 250 € /week

                                      or  160 € / week-end (3 days)

• INCLUDED : Linens, towels, use of water, electricity.

• NOT INCLUDED : Did you wish to have the flat cleaned during your stay, we might be able to arrange cleaning at a fee and by prior arrangement.

     ***Important***Please note***:

     You are expected to leave the flat clean on departure, and to respect a few good   neighbourly rules regarding noise, security and energy consumption. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

     The minimum rental period is 3 days (long week-end) for 1 or 2 adults guests.

      Check in from 1pm / Check out before 10am
